What Wineries Ask Us

How much outdoor space is needed?
A minimum of 3,000–5,000 square feet of relatively flat outdoor space works beautifully for a smaller event. Larger vineyard grounds, patios, or parking areas can accommodate 20–30 vendor tents. We assess your property on a brief call and give you an exact vendor count we can fit comfortably.
Do we need permits for an outdoor vendor event?
In most cases events held on private winery property do not require additional city or county permits beyond your existing operating licenses. We research the specific requirements for your location in advance and manage any necessary filings entirely at our cost.
Do we share wine sales or tasting fees with you?
Absolutely not. Every dollar your tasting room and wine sales generate on event day belongs entirely to your winery. We earn our revenue solely from vendor table fees. We have zero claim on your wine revenue — the more you sell, the better, because it means we created a wonderful event for everyone.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance so we have adequate time for vendor recruitment and marketing. That said, we have produced excellent events on shorter notice. Reach out and we will tell you exactly what dates are available for your area.
What happens if the weather is bad?
All vendor tents are fully weatherproof canopy structures that handle light rain without issue. In the event of severe weather we coordinate with you to reschedule to the next available date at no cost or penalty to either party.
Can we host recurring events throughout the year?
Yes — and recurring events are our favorite partnerships. Seasonal markets at your winery — spring, fall, holiday — build a loyal community that plans their calendar around your property. We offer priority scheduling and preferred planning to wineries who commit to multiple events per year.
What kinds of vendors attend these events?
We curate vendors specifically to complement the winery atmosphere — handmade jewelry, artisan candles, boutique clothing, home décor, gourmet food products, and local makers. We do not allow competing wine, beer, or beverage vendors. The shopping experience is designed to enhance your guests' time on your property, not distract from it.
