How much outdoor space do you need?
A minimum of 3,000–5,000 sq ft of flat outdoor space works well for a smaller event. Larger lots can fit 20–30 vendor tents. We assess your space on a quick call and tell you exactly how many vendors we can accommodate.
Do we need special permits?
In most cases events on private commercial property like a brewery parking lot do not require additional city permits. We research requirements for each location in advance and handle any necessary filings at our cost.
Do we share our beer sales with you?
Absolutely not. Every dollar your taproom generates on event day is 100% yours. Our revenue comes entirely from vendor table fees. We have zero interest in your drink sales.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks in advance for vendor recruitment and marketing. That said we have pulled off great events on shorter timelines — reach out and we will tell you what's available.
What if it rains?
All vendor tents are weatherproof canopy structures. Light rain is no problem. In severe weather we work with you to reschedule to the next available date at no penalty to either party.
Can we do recurring monthly events?
Yes — and we love recurring partners! Monthly events build a loyal shopper base that looks forward to your brewery as the local market destination. We offer priority scheduling to recurring venue partners.
