What Church Leaders Ask Us

Is this appropriate for our congregation and community?
Absolutely. We carefully pre-screen all vendors to ensure they sell family-friendly, community-appropriate products. We do not allow vendors selling alcohol, tobacco, adult content, or anything inconsistent with a welcoming church environment. Our events are designed to be wholesome, inclusive, and suitable for all ages and all families.
Does our church need to do anything to prepare?
Very little. You approve the date, designate the outdoor area for vendor setup, and make sure the space is accessible on event day. We handle everything from vendor recruitment and tent setup to event management and teardown. Many of our church partners simply have a few volunteers available to greet guests and staff their ministry booth.
Is there truly no cost to our church?
Correct — there is no cost whatsoever to your church or ministry. We generate our revenue entirely from vendor table fees. Your church provides the outdoor space as its contribution to the partnership. We bring everything else. Additionally we include a complimentary ministry booth space at every event at no charge so your congregation can actively participate and fundraise.
How much space do we need?
A standard church parking lot section of 3,000–5,000 sq ft is plenty for a great 15–20 vendor event. Larger lots can accommodate 25–35 vendors. We assess your specific property and tell you exactly how many vendor spaces we can fit comfortably without affecting normal church access or parking.
Can we do this on a Sunday after service?
Yes — Sunday afternoon events are one of our most popular formats for church partners. Congregation members can shop the market after services and invite guests to stay longer. We typically set up Saturday events but Sunday afternoon timing is absolutely available and works beautifully for many of our church partners.
Can we do recurring monthly events?
Yes and this is one of the most powerful outreach strategies available. Monthly community markets establish your church as a consistent neighborhood gathering place. Community members begin to associate your church with welcome, generosity, and community life — which is one of the most authentic forms of outreach any church can offer.
