Tell Us About Your Event
Submit your event details — event name, date, location, number of vendor spaces, price per space, and event type. We review every submission within 24 hours and confirm we can fill your event.
We Promote to Our Vendor Network
We market your event to our growing database of over 200 active vendors — lunch trucks, craft sellers, bakers, antique dealers, and more — plus Facebook groups, community pages, and email lists across your event area.
Vendors Book and Pay
Vendors reserve their space and pay in advance. We collect all vendor fees, confirm each vendor registration, and send you a complete vendor list with contact information and booth assignments on a daily basis.
You Receive Your Share Daily
We deduct our 25% service fee from vendor fees as they are collected and remit your 75% share to you daily as spaces sell — by cash, Zelle, or Cash App. No waiting until event day. Your money comes in as each vendor booking is confirmed and paid.

How Much Notice Do We Need?
We need time to recruit vendors, confirm registrations, collect fees, and market your event to our audience. One-day notice does not give us enough runway to fill your spaces. Here is what works best — and what we can do in an emergency.
One Month Notice — Best Results
A full month gives us maximum time to recruit vendors from our database, run social media promotion, collect fees in advance, and confirm every space. This is when we consistently hit full capacity and beyond. If you have a recurring monthly event, we lock in vendor regulars who show up every time and market your event before every date.
One Week Notice — We Will Try
We understand that events sometimes come together fast or that a vendor block-booking falls through at the last minute. We will accept one-week emergency requests and do everything we can to fill your spaces — but results depend entirely on our active vendor availability that week. We cannot guarantee a full house on seven days notice, but we will make every call and send every message in our database.
We do not accept requests with less than 7 days notice. No exceptions — there is simply not enough time to responsibly recruit and confirm vendors for your event.
We Only Earn When We Fill Your Event.
There is no upfront cost, no listing fee, and no retainer. We take a flat 25% of all vendor fees collected on your event. You receive 75%. If we sell zero spaces, you owe us nothing.
