Do we need permits for an outdoor vendor market?
In most cases events held on private commercial property do not require special permits beyond your existing zoning. Some cities require a temporary use permit which we research and handle entirely at our cost before the event. We have experience navigating municipal requirements across Fort Bend County and the Greater Houston area.
Do you share any revenue from the event with us?
Our standard model is a full trade — free use of your outdoor space in exchange for us bringing hundreds of shoppers to your property at no cost to you.
