Founded by Keith Monen — a serial entrepreneur with 48 years in publishing, advertising, and direct marketing — Pop Up Tent Events is built on the same proven system behind TXFleaMarkets.com, which has hosted sold-out events at Fort Bend County Fairgrounds serving thousands of shoppers across the Greater Houston area.

Keith Monen has spent nearly five decades building businesses from the ground up. He is the founder of Hotel Express — a travel club that grew to operate in 70+ countries and sold for seven figures. Our outdoor pop-up vendor markets run every weekend across the Greater Houston area — Fort Bend County, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Pearland, Katy, Missouri City and beyond. Every vendor space comes fully set up with a 10×10 pop-up tent, a 6-foot folding table, and two chairs. You bring your products. We bring everything else.

• Step 1 — Reserve Your Space. Book online, by phone, or by email. Pay your vendor fee to hold your spot. Spaces are limited — first come, first served.
• Step 2 — Show Up the Day Of. Arrive during vendor load-in time (typically 7:30–8:30 AM). Your tent, table and chairs are already set up. Just pull up, unpack your products, and you're open for business.
• Step 3 — Sell & Collect. The event runs from 9 AM to 3 PM (or as posted). We manage foot traffic, handle questions, and keep the event running smoothly. You focus 100% on your customers.

• All vendor fees are due at time of booking — no payment, no reserved space
• Vendors selling food must comply with Texas cottage food laws and hold applicable permits
• No sub-leasing your space to another vendor without approval
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, inventory, and sales tax collection
• Pop Up Tent Events provides the space and equipment — not liability coverage for individual vendor products
• No weapons, illegal items, or adult-only products
• Vendors who bring their own tents save $10 off the standard space fee
• Breakdown begins promptly at event close time — no early teardowns please
